It's nice to "meet" you! I never thought being a food blogger would be my calling, but here I am blogging about and photographing the foods that I eat that help me feel my best. In 2013 after participating in the Daniel Fast, my prayers were answered after lifelong unexplained health ailments. Through an elimination diet I was able to recognize foods that were making me feel sick.

Switching to a gluten-free, plant-based diet transformed my life, prompting me to share my story with others! 

Through my journey, my mission and my passion is to inspire people to pursue a healthier lifestyle, all while still enjoying amazing food!
