Traditionally, puttanesca is an Italian "sauce" that features tomatoes, black olives, capers, anchovies, onions, garlic, and herbs.

My vegan version uses capers in place of anchovies and Kalamata olives instead of black olives.

Cook everything in a pot in the oven for 20-25 minutes.

Toss with gluten-free spaghetti.
