The Ingredients
To make these quick and easy bites you’ll need:
2 cups quick oats (I used One Degree Organics) 1/2 cup raisins 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 1 tablespoon chia seeds 1 tablespoon unflavored plant-based protein powder (may also use vanilla) 1/2 cup sunflower seed butter (or other nut/seed butter) 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract 1/4 cup maple syrup 2 tablespoons plant milk
Whisk together the oats, raisins, salt, cinnamon, chia seeds, and protein powder then add the sunflower butter, vanilla, and maple syrup. Stir together to create a dough. Stir in the plant milk. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Using a tablespoon, scoop and press into balls. Keep them stored in an airtight container in the fridge.
