When I think of Mother’s Day, I think of two things. Pancakes and flowers, ok well and of course my mom- but that’s a given. When I was growing up, making my mom pancakes on Mother’s Day was just my way of showing my mom that I loved her. Maybe to give her a break in the kitchen, or maybe my love language is pancakes lol. So naturally now, it makes so much sense for me to want to make pancakes on Mother’s Day with my son (and share them with all of you so that you can go and make your mamma some!). Simple and delicious for this #SimplyMothersDay.
This is only my second Mother’s Day as a mommy myself, and you better bet we are going to be having this beautiful brunch spread! And what’s a brunch without juice?! Juice is a necessity to any brunch spread, but sometimes I am leary to buy juice because of most juices are made from concentrate (which can contain added sugars like high-fructose corn syrup or other high-calorie additives, preservatives, colors or artificial flavors). Simply Juice is great because it’s not from concentrate, 100% juice, never sweetened or concentrated and never frozen. In fact, the oranges that go into each carafe of Simply Orange are all carefully selected at the peak of ripeness and the majority are still picked by hand. Pretty great right?!
Since my little guy is eating big kid food now, I thought it would be so fun for us to make silver dollar pancakes together! Maybe someday he will make these for me and bring them to me in bed 🙂 But for now, I will enjoy whipping up these little gems together. The other great thing about these pancakes is I replaced the water or milk with orange juice! So you get a delicious citrus flavor in the pancakes too! But don’t forget to put extra love in them!

These Chocolate Orange Silver Dollar Pancakes are gluten-free (as always), vegan, and naturally sweetened! They only require 8 ingredients and are ready to scarf down in 15 minutes! Feel free to double the recipe for more since they are silver dollar pancakes.
Find Simply Juice at your local Whole Foods! For a limited time leading up to Mother’s Day you can save $0.50 on Simply Orange Juice at Whole Foods! I love shopping at Whole Foods. I am like a kid in a candy store. Seriously. I know that they have all the foods that I love, and that I might not be able to get elsewhere. They are the first store I think of when I think of whole, nutritious, allergy specific foods and I am so grateful to have three in my city! I can count on Whole Foods to carry healthier options for me at reasonable prices.
Mother’s Day is filled with so much joy and love and I hope that these pancakes bring you joy and you share them with your loved ones this very special day. So sit back, pour a glass, munch on some pancakes and celebrate you and all the mothers around you.

I mean Orange Chocolate Silver Dollar Pancakes | Healthy Little Vittles is kinda boring.
You should glance at Yahoo’s home page and note how they create

You might add a related video or a pic or two to grab people interested about what you’ve written. In my opinion, it
could make your website a little bit more interesting.
