It's nice to "meet" you! I never thought being a food blogger would be my calling, but here I am blogging about and photographing the foods I eat that help me feel my best. In 2013, after participating in the Daniel Fast, my prayers were answered after lifelong unexplained health ailments. Through an elimination diet I was able to recognize foods that were making me feel sick.

Later that year, I was diagnosed with thyroid disease. Switching to a gluten-free, plant-based diet transformed my life, prompting me to share my journey with others. Through my story, recipes, and creative photography, my mission and my passion is to inspire people to pursue a healthier lifestyle, all the while, still enjoying amazing food!

I live in Columbus, OH with my husband, son, daughter, and two fur babies. Some of my favorite things are my family, being out on the boat on a sunny day, going to the park, listening to music, watching my favorite shows, and Jesus!
