THIS. This is all you need this summer. I forgot how flippin’ good this is until I made it tonight. It gives me alllll the feels. The sweetness of the peaches paired with the balsamic caramelized onions makes for one delectable match made in pizza heaven. And don’t skip the Kite Hill Ricotta (check your local Whole Foods)… it is truly a nice addition. I could probably eat the whole container by itself in one sitting.
