Description

This Homemade Spreadable Vegan Butter is made with plant-based ingredients like oat milk, coconut oil, and avocado oil. Instructions

    1. Melt the coconut oil until it is just melted and not too hot.

    1. Using an immersion blender (for best results), blend the coconut oil, avocado oil, oat milk, vinegar, salt, and nutritional yeast on for about 5 minutes. You want to blend this very well so the oil doesn’t separate from the oat milk. The sunflower lecithin will also help with emulsification. The mixture will thicken slightly- it will look like cream.

    1. Pour the butter mixture into an airtight container and refrigerate for 2–3 hours until set.
