Description

Up your guacamole game with this homemade Blueberry Guacamole! It might sound like an interesting combination, but adding blueberries to this guacamole recipe adds just a touch of sweetness to compliment the creamy, lemony flavor of the smashed avocados. I dare you to try it and say you don't like it!


Ingredients

  • 3 extra large avocados (or 5 regular)
  • 1.5 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1.5 teaspoons garlic salt
  • 1/2-1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 6 oz organic blueberries

Instructions

  1. Wash your blueberries.
  2. Spoon all of the avocado flesh into a medium-large bowl.
  3. Add the lemon juice, lime, juice, garlic salt, and cumin. Mash all of the avocado to the desired texture (I like my guacamole a little chunky). Adjust the seasonings to taste if desired.
  4. Stir in the blueberries and serve with tortilla chips or fresh veggies!
  5. Enjoy immediately. Store leftover guacamole in the fridge for a day.
