Description

If you’re a fan of Raisinets you’re going to love this homemade dark chocolate version of the popular chocolate candy! Instead of individually coating each raisin in melted chocolate, these Easy Chocolate Raisin Clusters are an easier way to enjoy chocolate covered raisins, and are made with just 2 ingredients!

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 (9oz) bag dairy-free chocolate chips
  • 1 cup raisins

Instructions

Melt the chocolate chips either in the microwave or using the double broiler method.

Add the raisins.*

Fold the raisins into the chocolate to coat all of the raisins with melted chocolate. Drop by the spoonfuls (about a tablespoon) on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Refrigerate 20-30 minutes until set and enjoy!

Keep stored in an airtight container in the fridge for a few days or freeze for up to 3 months.

Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes until set and enjoy!

Notes

* If your raisins are a little dry and not very plump, I suggest soaking them in boiling water for 10-15 minutes before adding to the melted chocolate.
