Description

No juicer needed to make this gorgeous fuschia red juice! All you need is a blender, a nut milk bag (affiliate link) (cheesecloth or kitchen towel), and fresh produce! This Blender Beet Juice is made with beets, strawberries, carrots, green apple, clementine, lemon, and ginger for a healthy homemade juice the whole family will enjoy with no added sugar!

Ingredients

Units Scale

  • 2 organic carrots, washed and chopped
  • 2 organic green apples, washed and diced
  • 2 clementines, peeled
  • 7 small organic strawberries, washed

  • small piece of fresh ginger, peeled
  • 2 cups filtered water

  2. Chop the apples, beets, and carrots and place them in your blender. Cut the tops off the strawberries and add them to the blender.
  3. Peel the clementines and ginger and add to the blender.
  4. Squeeze the lemon juice into your blender.
  5. Blend on high for about 1 minute until smooth and no chunks are left.
  6. Place the nut milk bag (or cheesecloth/thin kitchen towel) over a large bowl/measuring cup and carefully pour the juice into the bag. Squeeze all of the liquid out of the pulp into the bowl.
