This raw Almond Flour Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Bites recipe is gluten-free, vegan, naturally sweetened, and grain-free made with almond flour. This recipe only requires 10 minutes and 6-ingredients for the perfect sweet treat!

- 1 1/2 cups almond flour
- 1/4 cup peanut butter (or other nut/seed butter)
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (I used mini chocolate chips (affiliate link))
Instructions
In a large bowl add all of the ingredients and stir together to form a cookie dough. Using ½ tablespoon, scoop the batter and roll into balls. Store covered in the fridge.
