Garlic Roasted Broccoli with Dill Harissa Tahini and Raisins

Place the broccoli florets in a large bowl and add the avocado oil and minced garlic.

roast in the oven

While the broccoli is roasting, make the delicious harissa tahini sauce.

measure 1/2 cup raisins

mince/chop  fresh dill

Once the broccoli is done roasting, add it back to the large bowl with the dill and raisins and then pour in the sauce.

Toss to combine and enjoy right away, enjoy at room temperature or cover it and chill for later to enjoy it as a cold salad!
