Description
This quick and easy Vegan Banana Milk (Korean Banana Uyu) is made with real bananas, oat milk, is naturally sweetened with dates and has just a touch of vanilla. This delicious, thick and creamy 4-ingredient drink is made in your blender in under 5 minutes!
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup cold oat milk (or other plant-based milk of choice)
- 1/2 cup ice cold water
- 2 ripe bananas, peeled
- 2 dates, pitted
- 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Instructions
Place all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy immediately.
Notes

** Because the bananas are room temperature you want to use COLD water and plant milk. You may also add ice to the final drink if a colder drink is desired.
