- 3 pears (peeled)
- 6 cups water
- 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp maple syrup, (optional)
- pinch salt
- 1 tbsp Suncore Foods Pink Pitaya Supercolor Powder
- 1 tbsp Suncore Foods Purple Sweet Potato Supercolor Powder
- 1 tsp Suncore Foods Blue Butterfly Pea Flower Supercolor Powder
- coconut whipped topping (optional)

Instructions
- Peel your pears, but leave the stems attached
- In a large saucepan, whisk together water, vanilla, salt and maple syrup and bring to a boil
- Add the pears and boil for 15-20 minutes
- **NOTE: make sure the pears are covered with the brine
- Remove from heat and reserve 1-1.5 cups of brine per pear
- Pour 1 cup of brine into each mason jar (or a small bowl alternatively), then add 1 supercolor powder to each and whisk to combine well (try not to have any lumps)
- Carefully place one pear in each mason jar (with a wide mouth), then use any leftover brine to make sure the pears are fully submerged
- Cover and refrigerate overnight in the liquid
- Serve with coconut whipped cream and sprinkles
