Once in a while, I branch out of the recipe world and share a little bit about other areas of my lifestyle. Whether that be about food photography, running my small business, affiliate products, and now… food I put on my face! 😆 No, but in all seriousness, Herbal Face Food has changed the way I care for my skin and I can’t say enough great things about their anti-aging, multi-correction botanical serums and face creams!
(TURN YOUR PHONE TO WATCH!)
I’m always looking to replace common products with plant-based, natural alternatives. I’ve been using Herbal Face Food for a few months now, and I wanted to make sure I really loved it before I became an affiliate and shared it with all of you! Good news. I love it! And I’m sharing it with all of you! 😉
Herbal Face Food creates a line of potent serums “that are packed with anti-oxidants and phytonutrients that heal your skin at the cellular level from the outside in, and address the top signs of aging. Herbal Face Food contains 50 of the world’s most powerful botanicals including the top 20 rarest, most expensive plant concentrates on the planet”.
Herbal Face Food proves the real power of plants through their raw active formulas to address
☆ Acne/ Breakouts
☆ Brightness / Radiance
☆ Fine Lines
☆ Skin Tone
☆ Large Pores
Herbal Face Food is NOT plant-based, it is 100% plants. Their unique blend of organic ingredients are wild harvested and never heated or messed with. And on top of being 100% plants, this skincare line is anti-viral, anti-aging, anti-bacterial, fungal, and microbial, and anti-inflammatory.
The Serums. There are three levels of serum, Serum I, Serum II, and Serum III. As you increase in level of serum you experience more intensity and healing power from a higher concentration of plants. When I say more intensity, Herbal Face Food’s phyto-chemical ingredients combine to create a Thermo-phytochemical reaction that creates a dermal warming experience to allow plant nutrients into the skin for anti-aging, cellular generation, elasticity, resiliency and to restore collagen and elastin to the dermis.
“Powerful phyto enzymes and antioxidants are activated and infused into the tissues to hydrate and increase the resiliancy and plumps up the skin.
The heating sensation is caused by a phyto-chemical activation process as oxidized skin molecules receive missing electrons which in turn stabilize the aging skin molecules at a cellular level. This is the chemical process of anti-oxidation or anti-aging. Dermal heat also stimulates the fibroblast to produce collagen”. you can literally FEEL the healing! 🔥
The Cure X. This is the most powerful serum and is only to be used as a spot treatment for areas that seriously need it. The Cure X addresses:
☆ Eczema – Psoriasis
☆ Extreme Sun Damage
☆ Deep Wrinkles
☆ Dark Circles
☆ Moles / Skin tags
☆ Warts / Cold Sores
The Soap. This potent soap bar is packed with the world’s most powerful multi-correctional, anti-aging plant concentrates that renew, moisten, and invigorate the skin while providing a powerful, long-lasting, invisible shield of protection. The Cure X Soap fights aging while moisturizing, killing viruses, and healing your skin naturally, and while formulated for the face, it can be used all over the body. The Cure X Soap Addresses:
☆ Eczema – Psoriasis
☆ Extreme Sun Damage
☆ Deep Wrinkles
☆ Dark Circles
☆ Moles / Skin tags
☆ Warts / Cold Sores
The Cream. The Cream contains 102 of the planet’s most powerful Anti-Aging botanicals. The Cream is the world’s first and only edible, 100%, plant-powered 50+ SPF moisturizer, not that you would eat it, but you could… that’s how safe it is. Key Benefits of The Cream:
☆ Intensely hydrates, soothes, and restores dry, stressed skin.
☆ Provides immediate and long-lasting skin relief, and nourishment.
☆ Reduces redness and calms signs of inflammation.
☆ Helps rebuild and strengthen the skin barrier.
☆ Boosts elasticity for a firmer, revitalized complexion.
☆ Helps to reduce the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, and hyperpigmentation.
☆ Nourishes and strengthens the skin for a healthy, more radiant complexion.
☆ Protects against moisture loss and damage from environmental aggressors.
The Eye Cream. This mighty plant eye cream is the newest addition to the Herbal Face Food line of products. “It addresses the visible signs of aging, damage, and stress for all seven layers of eye skin including eye and lash rejuvenation.”
While the eye cream is pricey, you need just the smallest amount, I’m talking less than a pea sized amount and it will last a very long time! AND! Don’t forget you’ll get 20% off when you use code Gina20 😉
Research results have shown amazing results in the eyes looking less puffy while increasing elasticity of the skin around the eyes. Lines, crows feet, and dark circles showed to be visibly diminished. This eye cream encourages eyelid epithelial skin-cell turnover and enhances the overall health and growth of your eye lashes.
Not only does the Herbal Face Food Eye Cream provide cosmetic benefits, but also helps protect the retina from oxidative damage and guard against age-related macular degeneration. This cream has the potential to nourish the eyeballs, strengthen nerves in the eye tissues, reduce eye strain, redness, itchiness, and irritation while also brightening and whitening the eyeballs themselves!
All of this sounds too good to be true, right?! Well my friends, it’s true. I’ve tried countless creams to get rid of the dark spots I accrued in my early adulthood from tanning (such a bad decision on my part!), and later on during pregnancy. Nothing worked nearly as good as herbal face food in lightening my hyperpigmentation spots. And on top of it I’m getting some anti-aging benefits that I’m starting to need (want) as I approach 40.
I have the the world’s most sensitive skin too. I’ve been using the same skincare since high school! Any time I try a new product, my skin almost immediately breaks out in acne, it’s so annoying! So when I discovered Herbal Face Food I was so scared to try it, almost expecting to breakout and find myself disappointed once again. I thought I was buying clean, plant-based products so why would HFF be any different? Well it is, and I’m so happy I took the chance. I LOVE IT! 😍
The heat. I will say when you first start Serum I, it is VERY stingy. I almost gave up on it, but after you heal your skin from deep within over time the extreme heat subsides. I almost kind of liked it though, because I really felt like it was working and doing what it claims.
The smell. I’ll also admit the smell is pretty strong. At first it was a little overpowering, but again as time went on, I actually began to like it and it was like a therapeutic essential oil 💆🏻♀️
The consistency. The serums are liquidy with a very slight oily texture. Now don’t write it off because of the “oily”. It’s not greasy and doesn’t leave your skin oily or greasy. I HATE greasy facial products- this is not that. It absorbs nicely into the skin and adds a lot of moisture. I layer my foundation on top of the serum and it’s wonderful in keeping my face hydrated while allowing my foundation to go on smoothly.
The cream is pretty interesting as well. I love the way it smells and it goes on smoothly and gives my skin a nice glow, but I do find it to be just a tad bit greasy under my foundation, so I use it at night as a night cream a few times per week. Sometimes I keep it in my fridge to “harden it” just a bit, and it feels nice going on my face a bit chilled… ahhh. I also use the cream as an eye cream. I struggle with milia under my eyes (little white bumps) and I’ve tried countless eye creams to help them go away and NOTHING worked. Except, of course!!!???Herbal Face Food cream 😍
The results. In just a couple of short months I noticed my skin looking so much better! So much brighter, with less hyper-pigmented spots. I noticed those pesky little blackheads on my nose that kept coming back have really diminished and the pores from over picking them have shrunk! When I get hormonal acne, the Cure X serum almost clears it up overnight! My skin is smooth, and while I’m not 100% sure my wrinkles are diminishing, I’m not seeing any new wrinkles, so I am sure it’s helping there as well. One of the current problem areas I’m looking to treat are my eyes- the crows feet have been becoming more noticeable, but the serums are a little too hot to put under the eyes and I find the cream to be a little heavy in large amounts, so you just need a little bit. BUT I think something is in the works for under the eyes! So stay tuned! 🤫😏🤩 I have really come to love Herbal Face Food and I know that you will too! It’s different than what we’re used to, but it’s the best kind of different that I know is just going to keep gaining popularity, so don’t miss out and try it today!
