Description
This Creamy Vegan Hot Cocoa Dessert Dip is the ultimate no-bake holiday dessert! Made with coconut cream, cacao powder, maple syrup, vegan marshmallows, and mini chocolate chips, it’s dairy-free, gluten-free, and ready in 5 minutes. Perfect for Christmas parties, dessert boards, and festive snacking.
Ingredients
- 1 cup full fat unsweetened coconut cream/milk, solid part only
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cacao powder (may use unsweetened cocoa powder)
- 4-5 tablespoons pure maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- pinch salt
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips, divided
- 1 cup vegan mini marshmallows

Instructions
- Add the coconut cream to a mixing bowl and beat with a hand mixer until fluffy.
- Beat in cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
- Melt the chocolate chips, pour in the melted chocolate and continue beating until creamy.
- Fold in vegan mini marshmallows and mini chocolate chips with a spatula.
- Refrigerate the dip for 20–30 minutes to thicken before serving.
- Top the dip with more vegan marshmallows, chocolate chips and snowflake sprinkles if you’d like! Serve with dippers of choice.
Storage
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3–4 days. Stir before serving, and add a splash of coconut cream if it thickens too much.
