Description

This Creamy Vegan Hot Cocoa Dessert Dip is the ultimate no-bake holiday dessert! Made with coconut cream, cacao powder, maple syrup, vegan marshmallows, and mini chocolate chips, it’s dairy-free, gluten-free, and ready in 5 minutes. Instructions

  1. Add the coconut cream to a mixing bowl and beat with a hand mixer until fluffy.
  2. Beat in cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
  3. Melt the chocolate chips, pour in the melted chocolate and continue beating until creamy.
  4. Fold in vegan mini marshmallows and mini chocolate chips with a spatula.
  5. Refrigerate the dip for 20–30 minutes to thicken before serving.
  6. Top the dip with more vegan marshmallows, chocolate chips and snowflake sprinkles if you’d like! Serve with dippers of choice.

Storage

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3–4 days. Stir before serving, and add a splash of coconut cream if it thickens too much.
