Description

This Creamy Strawberry White Chocolate Marshmallow Dip is made with fluffy whipped coconut milk, freeze-dried strawberry powder, maple syrup, and vanilla. Fold in some vegan marshmallows and festive sprinkles for an easy, no-bake Valentine’s Day treat perfect for fruit and cookie snack boards šŸ©·šŸ“šŸ„„.

  • graham crackers
  • apple slices (my fav!)
  • fresh strawberries
  • cookies
  • pretzels (my other fav!)
  • vanilla wafers

Instructions

  1. Add the coconut cream to a mixing bowl and beat with a hand mixer until fluffy.
  2. Beat in strawberry powder, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt until smooth and the dip is uniformly pink and it looks like whipped cream.
  3. Melt 1/4 cup vegan white chocolate chips and then beat it into the dip.
  4. Refrigerate the dip for 20–30 minutes.
  5. Fold in the marshmallows and additional 1/4 cup white chocolate chips.
  6. Transfer to a serving bowl, top the dip with more vegan marshmallows, white chocolate chips, and sprinkles if you’d like! Serve with dippers of choice.
