This Creamy Strawberry White Chocolate Marshmallow Dip is made with fluffy whipped coconut milk, freeze-dried strawberry powder, maple syrup, and vanilla. Fold in some vegan marshmallows and festive sprinkles for an easy, no-bake Valentineās Day treat perfect for fruit and cookie snack boards š©·šš„„.

- 1 cup full fat unsweetened coconut cream/milk, solid part only
- 1/4 cup freeze-dried strawberry powder
- 4-5 tablespoons pure maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- pinch salt
- 1/2 cup mini white chocolate chips, divided
- 1 cup vegan mini marshmallows
- sprinkles, optional
Dipper Ideas
- graham crackers
- apple slices (my fav!)
- fresh strawberries
- cookies
- pretzels (my other fav!)
- vanilla wafers
Instructions
- Add the coconut cream to a mixing bowl and beat with a hand mixer until fluffy.
- Beat in strawberry powder, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt until smooth and the dip is uniformly pink and it looks like whipped cream.
- Melt 1/4 cup vegan white chocolate chips and then beat it into the dip.
- Refrigerate the dip for 20ā30 minutes.
- Fold in the marshmallows and additional 1/4 cup white chocolate chips.
- Transfer to a serving bowl, top the dip with more vegan marshmallows, white chocolate chips, and sprinkles if youād like! Serve with dippers of choice.
