Description
This easy Cranberry Clementine Smoothie is vegan, naturally sweetened, and made with whole fresh cranberries. A bright, refreshing smoothie perfect for winter mornings or a healthy snack and a perfect way to add more fresh cranberries into your diet!
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups plant milk (I used soy milk)
- 1 cup whole, fresh cranberries
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 large clementine, peeled
- 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- ice, optional for a colder smoothie
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender, starting with the milk. Blend until completely smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed. Add more plant milk to thin or ice to thicken and chill, then blend again. Serve immediately.
