Description
A healthy frozen matcha treat! These creamsicles are naturally sweetened with bananas and maple syrup and are extra creamy from the avocado and coconut milk! Gluten-free and vegan.
Ingredients

- 1 ripe avocado
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 can (13.66 oz) full fat coconut milk
- 2 tsp matcha powder, (I used Suncore Foods Midori Jade Matcha Supercolor Powder)
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- **NOTE: These will need to freeze before enjoying
- In a blender, blend all ingredients together
- Pour into your popsicle mold, insert sticks and freeze until solid (I froze mine overnight)
Notes
** to get the marble-ish look, set aside a bit of coconut milk and pour a little bit of that in the mold separate from the avocado mixture
